To access the full features of phlcash, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
phlcash may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.
Prohibited Registrations: You may not register an account if you are an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phlcash or any of its affiliates, or if you are a family member of such a person residing in the same household.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phlcash account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phlcash employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlcash reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlcash account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. phlcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlcash immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. You should also change your password immediately.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Note: phlcash accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
All deposits to your phlcash account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phlcash accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability. Deposits are generally credited to your phlcash wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
phlcash does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Before processing your first withdrawal, phlcash may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is required by applicable regulations. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or restrictions.
All transactions on phlcash are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phlcash does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is handled by that provider and is outside phlcash's control.
phlcash is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits made to phlcash must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
phlcash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
All bonuses have a validity period, after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. The validity period for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. It is your responsibility to use bonus funds within the stated validity period.
phlcash reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or placing bets in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
One Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same introductory offer multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse.
All games available on the phlcash Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, table tennis betting, crash games, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
All phlcash casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round, phlcash reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. phlcash's decision on bet settlement matters is final.
Sports betting markets on phlcash cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and esports. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. Live in-play bets are subject to additional rules as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
phlcash is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other technical issues on the player's side during a game session. Where a game round is interrupted due to a server-side issue on phlcash's end, the round will be completed or voided in accordance with the applicable game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlcash Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
Zero Tolerance: phlcash operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and cheating. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
All content on the phlcash Platform, including but not limited to the phlcash name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phlcash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlcash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
phlcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlcash account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlcash makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. phlcash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. phlcash is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phlcash arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phlcash's support team. phlcash will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phlcash from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Regulatory Oversight: phlcash operates within applicable PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
